Need to bake a boxed cake? 🍰
Make it extra!

1 box cake mix (I used white)
1 pkg instant pudding (3oz) (cheesecake or vanilla flavor for white cake)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together
Bake according to box cake mix directions
Ice with your favorite frosting 🍴

I cooked mine in a 9x13” pan and the middle sunk some because when I took it out it wasn’t done. I had to Cook mine an extra 10 minutes (closer to 38 vs the 28 recommended.) Keep in mind ovens vary. I’d cook it for the 24-28 as listed on the box and then add additional minutes as needed.

I made this last night and it was tasty! I had some leftover for lunch and it wasn’t near as good without all the toppings. Sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, lime juice, avocado and cherry tomatoes if you’re anything like me the toppings alone have you sold. 🤤

I like to think of this as homemade hamburger helper but... better.

Brown 1lb of hamburger and some onion. Add in 1/2 packet of taco seasoning, 1 cup of water and 1 cup of minute brown rice cook for 5 min. Throw in 1 or 2 diced zucchini, 1-2 diced green peppers, 1 can of black beans (I didn’t have any so I used black eyed peas) and cook until everything is nice and hot.

Eat in tortillas or on top of tortilla chips OR plain by itself (with toppings of course) easy and delicious!!
